When you purchase an item, you are actually purchasing a license to use that item. The license you buy gives you different rights to use the item in different ways. For many uses our Regular Rights License will be sufficient.

DONT'S:
You are NOT allowed to sell/giveaway the action script (s) or template(s) to 3rd parties.
You will NOT claim that you or any of your associates have designed our action script (s) or/and template(s).
You will NOT include / bundle our action script(s) or/and template(s) or any other GrafixBank.com products within your products and sell them without written permission from GrafixBank.com.
You will NOT modify/ recreated our action script (s), incorporate the item into any project whether nonprofit or commercial and you may not resell the item in any way.
DO'S:
You can freely use any of GrafixBank.com products for your personal website.
You can freely use the actions and templates including 3D graphics for your company/corporate website.
You can freely use the actions and templates including 3D graphics for your client's websites. *
You may use the Work alone or you may incorporate the Work into another work you are creating.
The personal license allows you to use an item only for your personal use and pleasure. For example you may purchase a trial pack action script or template and use them for your own website use.
You may not use them for your clients or incorporate the item into any project whether nonprofit or commercial and you may not resell the item in any way.
ATTENTION: If you are to using our templates to design websites for your commercial clients, please advise your clients IN ADVANCE not to distribute our templates or any 3D images included.
If they do not agree, please inform them that they will definitely have to deal with legal disputes.
FOR WEB DEVELOPER(S) AND CONSULTANT(S)
You are free to use the actions and templates including 3D graphics purchased from us to design your customer's websites.
However the actions and /or templates may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others to download them from your or linked or any website(s).
You also may not edit the template and subsequently sell/distribute it in any way.
